Launched in 2015, Magnificent Blossom by Yves Saint Laurent is a chypre floral fragrance that merges the freshness of citrus with the warmth of woody and spicy notes. The composition opens with mandarin orange and bergamot, providing an invigorating start before giving way to jasmine sambac and orange blossom, creating a lush, floral heart. Saffron and amyris add depth and complexity, while patchouli grounds the fragrance with its earthy warmth.
Apply one or two sprays to pulse points for a balanced diffusion. The citrus notes are bright but fleeting, so wait about an hour for the floral heart and woody base to fully emerge. Best worn in moderate temperatures when you want a fragrance that evolves throughout the day.
