Who Wears It
The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 1992 by Yves Saint Laurent and crafted by Jean-Louis Sieuzac, Opium Secret de Parfum is an Oriental Spicy fragrance that encapsulates the brand's heritage of elegance and sophistication. The composition begins with a bright citrus-aromatic accord from bergamot and mandarin orange before transitioning into a heart of lily-of-the-valley and marigold, which adds a delicate floral touch. The base notes of opoponax, amber, patchouli, and vanilla create a warm and enveloping finish that is both spicy and sweet.
Apply two sprays to pulse points for a lasting impression. The fragrance blooms fully within an hour, so give it time before layering with other scents or perfumes.
