The story behind the bottle.
Icon Racing Red by Alfred Dunhill is a bold and dynamic fragrance that captures the essence of modern sophistication. Launched in 2021, this Oriental Woody scent opens with bright citrus notes from orange and mandarin, combined with the fresh spice of black pepper and solar accents. The heart brings aromatic complexity through petitgrain, grapefruit, fern, geranium, and olibanum, creating a vibrant interplay between freshness and warmth. The base notes of cedar, amber, vetiver, tonka bean, musk, and moss settle into an earthy yet warm embrace, grounding the overall composition with a rich depth.
Start with two sprays on your pulse points. The bright citrus top notes will initially dominate but fade within an hour to reveal the rich base notes. This fragrance reads best close to skin, so layer it lightly for a more intimate experience.
