Who Wears It
The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2016, Icon Elite by Alfred Dunhill is a Woody Spicy fragrance that embodies the brand's legacy of sophisticated elegance and understated luxury. The composition opens with bright citrus notes like Bitter Orange and Bergamot, providing an invigorating start. This freshness gives way to warm spices such as Cardamom and Black Pepper, creating a tension between crispness and warmth. At its heart, Vetiver and Juniper lend earthy depth, while Ebony and Sandalwood form a rich, woody base. Suede and Labdanum add a subtle touch of powdery musk that rounds out the scent.
Two sprays are sufficient to capture the full essence of Icon Elite. The citrus opening is bright but fades quickly, so rely on the earthy heart notes and woody base for lasting impact. Best suited for daytime wear when its crispness complements a professional setting.
