The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2016 and created by perfumer Rodrigo Flores-Roux, Velvet Ginestra is an Oriental Floral fragrance that captures the essence of Italian elegance. The composition opens with the bright freshness of lime blossom and citruses, immediately evoking a sunlit garden. This luminous top note gives way to the heart of Lydia broom and beeswax, which add a warm, honeyed sweetness. The powdery base notes of violet and benzoin provide an enveloping, velvety finish that lingers softly on the skin.
Given its intimate sillage, Velvet Ginestra is best applied in light sprays directly to pulse points. It blooms gradually over time, so it’s ideal for daytime wear when you want a subtle yet alluring presence.
