Launched in 2016 by Guerlain and crafted by Thierry Wasser, Les Absolus d'Orient Santal Royal Collector is a sophisticated Oriental Woody fragrance that embodies the opulence of its namesake. The composition opens with bright notes of jasmine and neroli before transitioning into a heart of rose and peach, adding warmth and depth. A rich base of agarwood (oud), sandalwood, leather, amber, and musk grounds the scent in a luxurious, powdery warmth that's both comforting and commanding.
This fragrance blooms slowly on skin, so allow it to settle for at least half an hour before reapplying. The base notes are particularly long-lasting, making one generous spritz sufficient for a full day.
