Shalimar Extrait by Guerlain was launched in 2016 as a tribute to the brand's rich heritage of using luxurious and rare materials. Jacques Guerlain crafted this Oriental fragrance with an exquisite blend of vanilla, floral notes, iris, rose, jasmine, and tonka bean. The composition opens with bright bergamot before transitioning into the heart of delicate florals and warm spices, culminating in a base that is both powdery and sweet. This intricate balance creates a scent that feels at once lasting and modern.
Given its moderate sillage and weak longevity, apply this fragrance in layers for a more lasting effect. Start with one spray on your pulse points and reapply every few hours to maintain the depth of its rich, powdery base.
