The story behind the bottle.
Esprit De Noel by Houbigant was launched in 1968, capturing the essence of festive warmth and aromatic richness. The fragrance opens with bright citrus notes from orange and bergamot, which are soon enveloped by warm spices like cloves and olibanum. This blend creates a cozy ambiance reminiscent of winter markets, where the air is filled with the scent of burning wood and spiced aromas. The base notes of tonka bean, amber, cedar, and musk add depth and longevity, making it a comforting companion through the colder months.
One or two sprays are sufficient to capture the essence of Esprit De Noel. The initial citrus notes fade quickly, but the warm spicy and woody base notes linger throughout the day, making it ideal for both daytime wear and evening gatherings.
