L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme Eau de Parfum by Issey Miyake is a Woody Aromatic fragrance that captures the raw power and depth of nature’s most intense force: the ocean. Launched in 2025, this scent was created by perfumer Sophie Labbé, inspired by Alexis Rosenfeld's initiative to explore and preserve marine biodiversity. The composition opens with a spicy burst of Sichuan pepper, adding texture and intensity to its aquatic freshness before settling into a warm base of cedarwood. This fragrance is a bold and sophisticated exploration of the sea, seamlessly blending freshness and strength.
Apply two sprays to ensure that the Sichuan pepper top note makes a bold first impression. The fragrance will gradually transition into its woody base notes, so it’s best worn in cooler weather when the warmth of cedarwood can be fully appreciated.
