The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2016 by L'Artisan Parfumeur, Bucoliques de Provence is a Leather fragrance for women and men created by perfumer Fabrice Pellegrin. The composition opens with lavender and aromatic notes that evoke the sun-drenched fields of Provence before leading into a heart of iris and violet, adding depth and complexity. The base features leather and earthy accords, creating a warm, powdery backdrop that reads as both animalic and comforting.
Bucoliques de Provence is best applied with two sprays, allowing it to settle into your skin for a few minutes before dressing. The fragrance's base notes take an hour to fully bloom, so give it time to develop its rich leather and earthy character throughout the day.
