Launched in 2026 by Lacoste Fragrances, Lacoste Original Aqua is a Woody Aquatic fragrance that reimagines the classic aquatic accord with a modern twist. The composition opens with lavender and sage, creating an herbal freshness that feels both crisp and earthy. This gives way to sea notes and caviar, which add a distinctive salty depth. The base of amberwood and vetiver grounds the scent, providing warmth and longevity without overpowering the aquatic elements.
This fragrance has a strong opening that fades into its base notes over time. Apply one to two sprays and let it settle for about ten minutes before leaving the house. It pairs well with casual or business attire but is best avoided in humid summer weather as the aquatic notes can feel too intense.
