The story behind the bottle.
Hidden by a Rose by Lancôme, launched in 2026, is an Oriental Floral fragrance that presents rose in a darker and more intense style. The composition contrasts light and shadow, inspired by the fading light over the Domaine de la Rose in Grasse. Top notes of pepper introduce a fresh spicy element before giving way to rose and incense in the heart. Base notes of myrrh and vanilla add warmth and depth, creating an enveloping blend that is both rich and mysterious.
Apply one or two sprays to pulse points — Hidden by a Rose has a rich, enveloping base that blooms slowly over time. The spicy notes in the top make it ideal for cooler evenings, while the warm vanilla ensures it feels cozy close to skin.
