The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2016 by M. Micallef and crafted by perfumer Jean-Claude Astier, Delice is an Oriental Woody fragrance that marries warm spices with rich, enveloping notes of oud and vanilla. The composition opens with a bright citrus trio of orange, lemon, and mandarin, which cuts through the warmth of cinnamon and nutmeg before settling into a base of agarwood (oud), vanilla, musk, and sandalwood. This fragrance is neither overly sweet nor spicy but strikes a balance that feels both comforting and complex.
Delice has a strong base that blooms over time, so one generous spray is enough. The citrus notes are fleeting but essential for the initial freshness, while the warm spiciness and vanilla linger close to the skin throughout the day.
