The story behind the bottle.
Pure XS Night by Rabanne, launched in 2019 and crafted by perfumers Anne Flipo, Bruno Jovanovic, and Caroline Dumur, is a warm and spicy oriental fragrance that encapsulates the richness of the night. The composition opens with ginseng and ginger, creating an immediate sense of warmth and energy. As it evolves, notes of cacao, vanilla, cinnamon, caramel, and myrrh blend seamlessly into an enveloping base of amber and balsamic accords, evoking a luxurious and intimate atmosphere.
This fragrance is best applied with two sprays — the spicy top notes are intense but brief, giving way to a lingering base that builds on skin over time. It pairs well with the warmth of a sweater or a light jacket.
