The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2019, Polo Blue Gold Blend by Ralph Lauren is a Woody Spicy fragrance created by perfumer Carlos Benaïm. The composition opens with a vibrant blend of ginger, citron, lime, and grapefruit, which brings an invigorating freshness to the nose. As these top notes dissipate, they give way to a heart of pepper, cardamom, melon, sage, lavender, and green apple, adding layers of complexity and depth. The base notes of incense, amber, patchouli, and vetiver create a warm, smoky finish that grounds the entire composition.
Apply this fragrance in two light sprays; the top notes are bright but fade within an hour. The smoky base notes will develop over time, ensuring a lasting warmth throughout the day.
