Launched in 2017 by Tom Ford, Sole di Positano is a vibrant and fresh unisex fragrance that captures the essence of an Italian coastal escape. The composition begins with a burst of citrus notes — bitter orange, mandarin, Calabrian bergamot, lemon, and petitgrain — creating a bright and invigorating opening. This gives way to a heart of white florals such as neroli, orange blossom, jasmine, and ylang-ylang, which are softened by the green freshness of shiso and lily-of-the-valley. The base notes of moss add depth and earthiness, grounding the bright top notes with a subtle warmth.
Apply one to two sprays to pulse points. The citrus top notes are bright but fleeting, so enjoy them while they last, and let the floral heart and mossy base develop over the course of the day. This fragrance is best suited for daytime wear when its freshness can shine.
