The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2016, Vert de Fleur by Tom Ford is a Floral Green fragrance crafted by perfumer Olivier Gillotin. This composition opens with a vibrant green and aromatic accord that feels fresh and invigorating, reminiscent of spring foliage just beginning to unfurl. As the scent evolves, delicate florals emerge, blending seamlessly into an earthy and woody base that adds depth and warmth. The result is a fragrance that embodies the essence of nature's renewal, capturing both the crispness of greenery and the softness of blooming flowers.
Vert de Fleur is best applied lightly to pulse points; the green top notes are bright but fleeting. The earthy base notes develop gradually over time, so wearing it close to skin allows for a more intimate experience. It's ideal for daytime wear when you want a fresh and uplifting scent.
