The story behind the bottle.

Scentsation editorial

Launched in 1954 by Caron, Coup De Fouet is a chypre floral fragrance created by Michel Morsetti. This composition opens with fresh and warm spicy notes that quickly give way to a heart of rose, blending seamlessly into earthy and mossy accords. The woody base provides a grounding warmth, making it an enduring classic from the legendary French perfume house.

How to wear it

Apply this fragrance sparingly — the warm spicy top notes are vibrant but fleeting. The rich base notes will linger on your skin for hours, so let them build gradually over time.
