Launched in 2018 by Guerlain and crafted by perfumer Thierry Wasser, Habit Rouge Dress Code 2018 is a rich blend of sweet and woody notes that evoke the essence of refined masculinity. The fragrance opens with bright citrus and neroli, which cut through the warmth of praline and spices to create an initial burst of freshness. As it settles, rose and vanilla interweave with leather and tonka bean, creating a complex and enveloping scent that is both comforting and sophisticated.
Apply two sprays to pulse points for a balanced presence. The praline and spices are most noticeable in the first hour, so give it time before reapplying. This fragrance reads better close to skin than from afar, making it perfect for intimate settings.
