Launched in 2021, Insolence Eau de Toilette by Guerlain is an Oriental Floral fragrance that balances vibrant freshness with rich warmth. Created by perfumers Maurice Roucel and Sylvaine Delacourte, the composition opens with a bright burst of violet before transitioning into a heart of iris, red fruits, and orange blossom. The base notes of vanilla, tonka bean, and sandalwood bring depth and sensuality to the fragrance, creating an overall effect that is both powdery and sweet.
Apply two sprays for a balanced experience. The top notes of violet are bright but fade within an hour, so it's best to reapply if you want that initial freshness to linger. The base notes take about an hour to bloom fully, so give the fragrance time to settle on your skin before stepping out.
