Launched in 2008, Insolence Shimmering Edition by Guerlain is a Floral Fruity fragrance created by perfumers Maurice Roucel and Sylvaine Delacourte. This composition opens with the brightness of raspberry and red berries, blended with bergamot and lemon to create an effervescent top note. The heart of violet and orange blossom introduces a delicate floral layer that softens into the rich warmth of iris and tonka bean. The base notes of resins, sandalwood, and musk provide depth and longevity, grounding the vibrant top notes with a touch of powdery sweetness.
Apply this fragrance to pulse points for a strong initial burst, but be mindful that it blooms gradually over time. The fruity top notes are bright and fleeting, so allow it to settle into its heart and base notes for full effect.
