Launched in 2014, Nuit d’Issey by Issey Miyake is a Woody Spicy fragrance for men, crafted by perfumers Dominique Ropion and Loc Dong. The composition opens with the brightness of grapefruit and bergamot before transitioning to a rich blend of leather, woods, spices, and incense. This scent captures the essence of an intimate evening, where warm spices and smoky notes create a cocoon of sophistication.
For best results, apply Nuit d’Issey sparingly to pulse points. The grapefruit and bergamot top notes are fleeting, but the smoky and woody base develops gradually over time. This fragrance is designed to be worn close to the skin, where it exudes a subtle warmth.
