Launched in 2014 by Lacoste Fragrances and crafted by perfumer Jean-Michel Duriez, Lacoste Live is a modern take on the brand's signature elegance. The fragrance opens with a burst of lime, immediately refreshing and zesty, before diving into green and watery notes that evoke the crispness of fresh leaves after rain. At its heart lies licorice, adding an unexpected sweetness that softens the woody base of guaiac wood. Lacoste Live was designed to be as prominent and urban as it is refined, a perfect blend for those who appreciate both sophistication and street-smart style.
Apply two sprays to your pulse points in the morning for a scent that lasts throughout the day. The lime opening is bright but fades within an hour, making way for the warm licorice and guaiac wood base. This fragrance reads best close to skin rather than across a room.
