Jean-Claude Astier crafted Shanti by M. Micallef as a floral fragrance that weaves together white and yellow florals with woody and powdery accords, creating a serene yet captivating scent. The top notes of gardenia, ylang-ylang, neroli, and rose introduce an immediate freshness and sweetness, while the middle notes of lily and sandalwood add depth and warmth. The base notes of white musk and jasmine round out the composition with a soft, enveloping quality that feels both comforting and elegant.
Apply Shanti lightly to pulse points — its delicate florals and enveloping base notes develop best close to the skin. It blooms gradually over several hours, so a light first pass is sufficient for all-day wear.
