The story behind the bottle.
Monsieur Beauregard by Penhaligon's, launched in 2017 and crafted by Alberto Morillas, is a warm spicy aromatic fragrance that embodies the essence of refined masculinity. The composition opens with a bright burst of lemon and pink pepper, which quickly gives way to a heart of orris root and cinnamon, adding depth and warmth. The base notes of benzoin, sandalwood, tonka bean, and patchouli create an enveloping cocoon of powdery woods and amber that lingers on the skin.
For best results, apply two sprays to your pulse points. The lemon and pink pepper top notes are bright but fleeting, so let them settle before leaving the house. The sandalwood and tonka base notes develop gradually, offering a rich warmth throughout the day.
