The story behind the bottle.

Scentsation editorial

Launched in 2009, Jasmine Musk by Tom Ford is a Floral Woody Musk fragrance for women, crafted by perfumer Calice Becker. The composition opens with the sweet and warm embrace of jasmine, followed by the earthy depth of iris and musk. The powdery notes lend a soft, enveloping quality to the scent, creating an overall atmosphere that feels both intimate and sophisticated.

How to wear it

Apply one or two sprays to pulse points. The sweet top notes of jasmine are prominent at first but give way to the earthy base within an hour. This fragrance is best enjoyed close to skin, where its powdery warmth can be fully appreciated.

Flowers inside a bottle of eau de cologne

Calice Becker (Asancheyev-Becker) is a French master perfumer and director of the Givaudan Perfumery School, whose fascination with perfume began as a child asking how flowers get inside a bottle of eau de cologne.

“I like to add a dose of intrigue because nothing catches the attention of a touch of something unexpected.”
