Mon Paris Couture by Yves Saint Laurent, launched in 2018 and created by perfumers Dora Baghriche, Harry Frémont, and Olivier Cresp, is a Chypre Fruity fragrance that embodies the essence of modern elegance. The composition opens with vibrant citrus and fruity notes like raspberry, grapefruit, and litchi, creating an initial burst of freshness and brightness. This gives way to a heart of rose, peony, and orange blossom, adding layers of floral complexity and sweetness. Finally, it settles into a musky base with patchouli, cashmeran, and ambroxan, providing warmth and depth.
Apply this fragrance in two light sprays; the initial citrus notes are bright but fade within an hour, while the musky base continues to develop on skin. It's best for daytime wear when you want a scent that feels fresh yet sophisticated.
