Launched in 2018 by Yves Saint Laurent, Mon Paris Gold Attraction Edition is a chypre fruity fragrance crafted by perfumers Dora Baghriche, Harry Frémont, and Olivier Cresp. The composition opens with a vibrant mix of pear, strawberry, raspberry, and calabrian bergamot that evokes the freshness of a Parisian market in spring. As it evolves, jasmine sambac and peony bring an intricate floral warmth, while patchouli and cedar lend depth and earthiness to the base notes.
This fragrance has a strong opening with its fruity top notes that last about an hour. Apply it in layers for a more nuanced experience — start light and build up as the base notes settle in. It's best suited for daytime, when the freshness of the fruit and floral elements can shine.
