Launched in 2020 by BDK Parfums, Citrus Riviera is a fragrance that captures the essence of the Mediterranean coast. Created by perfumer Ralf Schwieger, it opens with Italian lemon and mandarin, evoking the sun-kissed groves of the Riviera. The heart notes of neroli, fig, and green accord add depth and freshness, while watery notes and eucalyptus create a sense of coastal breezes. The base notes of haitian vetiver, white musk, and tonka bean provide warmth and earthiness, grounding the composition in a comforting embrace.
Citrus Riviera's fresh top notes are vibrant but fleeting. For optimal wear, apply it to pulse points and let it develop over an hour before heading out. It pairs well with light layers like cotton shirts or lightweight jackets.
