The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2018, Acqua di Gioia Hair & Body Mist by Giorgio Armani is an aromatic floral creation that balances freshness with warmth. Perfumers Anne Flipo, Dominique Ropion, and Loc Dong have crafted a composition where mint and lemon provide a crisp opening, leading into the rich complexity of peony and jasmine sambac. The heart notes are complemented by pink pepper's sharpness and cedar's woody depth, while brown sugar and labdanum add a subtle sweetness and earthiness to the base.
This fragrance is best applied in light sprays. The mint and lemon top notes are bright but fleeting, so layering it with the woody base will ensure longevity throughout the day. It reads best close to skin rather than filling a room.
