Launched in 2020 by Givenchy, Irresistible is a composition created by Anne Flipo, Dominique Ropion, and Fanny Bal. Built around a pear-and-rose accord, the fragrance opens with fresh, juicy notes that immediately draw you in before settling into a powdery musk base. While some enthusiasts praise its polished elegance, others find it somewhat generic compared to Ropion's more ambitious work. Irresistible is an exercise in balance, blending sweet and floral accords to create a scent that is both familiar and subtly complex.
Apply this fragrance lightly — it has a bright opening that fades quickly but leaves behind a lingering musk base. It's best suited for daytime wear when you want something fresh yet subtly alluring.
