The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2007 by L'Artisan Parfumeur, Fleur d'Oranger 2007 is an olfactory creation from perfumer Anne Flipo that balances the bright freshness of citrus with the rich warmth of beeswax and honey. This unisex parfum opens with a vibrant burst of orange blossom, which gradually gives way to a heart of white florals and a base that incorporates sweet, animalic notes and an unexpected soapy accord. The result is a fragrance that feels both nostalgic and modern — like stepping into a sunlit room where the air carries the scent of beeswax candles and freshly laundered linens.
This parfum is best applied in light layers, allowing the rich base notes to emerge gradually. The sweet and soapy elements are most noticeable close to skin, making it ideal for intimate moments rather than a crowd-pleaser. Avoid heavy application as the honey and beeswax can become overpowering.
