The story behind the bottle.
Mr Harrod by Penhaligon's, launched in 2017 and crafted by Loc Dong, is a sophisticated blend of fruity sweetness and woody warmth. The fragrance opens with the juicy burst of raspberry and plum, enhanced by cinnamon for a spicy kick. At its heart, jasmine meets tobacco, creating a harmonious balance between floral softness and smoky depth. This composition settles into a rich base of oud, patchouli, and cashmeran, anchored by cedar and ambergris for an enduring warmth.
Mr Harrod blooms gradually on the skin, so a light application is recommended. The fruity top notes are fleeting, but the heart and base notes develop over time to deliver a rich, lasting warmth.
