Roja Dove created Diaghilev as a complex chypre fruity fragrance that weaves together bright citrus and earthy musk with animalic undertones. The opening of bergamot, lemon, and lime contrasts sharply against the rich base notes of civet, leather, and oak moss, creating an intriguing tension between freshness and depth. This composition honors Serge Diaghilev's legacy as a visionary in ballet and arts, blending modernity with tradition.
