Launched in 2025 by Givenchy and crafted by Takasago, L'Interdit Angélique Rouge is a composition that balances the crisp freshness of angelica and ginger with warm amber and woody undertones. The fragrance opens with prickly pear and angelica, creating an immediate sense of brightness and vitality, before transitioning into a heart of white flowers and Haitian vetiver, which adds depth and complexity. The base notes of patchouli and musky powdery earthiness ground the scent, making it feel both modern and lasting.
Apply one or two sprays to your pulse points and let it settle before heading out. The top notes are bright but fleeting, while the base notes take time to bloom — giving you a scent that evolves throughout the day.
