Launched in 2011 by Guerlain and crafted by Thierry Wasser, Idylle Duet is a Floral fragrance that embodies the house's tradition of using luxurious materials. The composition opens with a bright bouquet of rose, lily-of-the-valley, freesia, and peony, creating an effervescent floral top note. This freshness gradually gives way to a warm and earthy heart of jasmine, patchouli, and musk, blending into a harmonious duet of sweetness and spiciness.
Idylle Duet's floral opening is best experienced in the morning; it fades within two hours but leaves behind a lingering patchouli and musky base. Apply to pulse points for a more intimate wear that stays close to your skin.
