Launched in 2020, Invictus Onyx Collector Edition by Rabanne is a composition crafted by the perfumers Anne Flipo, Dominique Ropion, Olivier Polge, and Véronique Nyberg. The fragrance opens with sea notes and citrus — grapefruit and mandarin orange — creating an immediate freshness that feels both invigorating and modern. The heart of jasmine and laurels adds a soft floral touch, while the base notes of ambergris, patchouli, guaiac wood, and moss create a rich, earthy warmth. This blend makes Invictus Onyx Collector Edition a fragrance that transitions seamlessly from day to night, capturing both the crispness of morning and the depth of evening.
Apply Invictus Onyx Collector Edition with two sprays to allow the citrus and marine notes to bloom initially. The base notes will gradually emerge over time, so it's best used during the day when you can appreciate its full evolution. It pairs well with a light jacket for added layering.
