The story behind the bottle.
Launched in 2014, Invictus Silver Cup Collector's Edition by Rabanne is a Woody Aquatic fragrance crafted by perfumers Anne Flipo, Dominique Ropion, Olivier Polge, and Véronique Nyberg. This composition opens with bright citrus notes of grapefruit and mandarin orange, balanced by the fresh spiciness of bay leaf. The heart introduces jasmine for a subtle floral touch, while the base is anchored by patchouli, moss, ambergris, and guaiac wood, creating an earthy and woody depth that evokes the vastness of the sea.
Apply Invictus Silver Cup Collector's Edition in layers for best effect — start with one spritz to capture the initial citrus-aromatic burst, then add another layer after an hour to let the woody base notes come through. This fragrance is particularly effective when worn close to skin, enhancing its earthy and marine qualities.
