L'Homme Le Parfum by Yves Saint Laurent is a composition crafted in 2020 by perfumers Anne Flipo, Dominique Ropion, and Juliette Karagueuzoglou. This Woody Aromatic fragrance opens with ozonic notes that evoke the freshness of an early morning walk, followed by cardamom and lemon to add sharpness and brightness. The heart features geranium and violet leaf, providing a green, floral contrast before settling into a warm base of amberwood, cedar essence, and vetiver. This blend is designed to feel both contemporary and classic, embodying the refined elegance Yves Saint Laurent has been known for since its founding in 1961.
L'Homme Le Parfum has a bright, ozonic opening that fades within an hour. To ensure the warm base notes are prominent throughout the day, apply two sprays and let it settle for a few minutes before dressing. The scent reads better close to skin rather than projecting widely into a room.
