The story behind the bottle.
L'Interdit Edition Couture by Givenchy, launched in 2019 and crafted by perfumers Anne Flipo, Dominique Ropion, and Fanny Bal, is a sophisticated blend of white florals, vanilla, and patchouli. The composition opens with the bright freshness of pear and bergamot before diving into the rich heart notes of tuberose, jasmine, and Tunisian orange blossom. These floral essences are enveloped in a warm base of vanilla, patchouli, ambroxan, and vetiver, creating an olfactory experience that is both delicate and enduring.
For optimal wear, apply L'Interdit Edition Couture to pulse points. The fragrance has a strong opening that fades into its heart notes within an hour, so it's best experienced close to skin rather than from across a room. Ideal for both daytime and evening wear.
